I am now based fully in Roanoke, Virginia, and am retired from medicine after a long struggle with pain.  I am doing better now.  I am constantly challenged by my Yamaha grand piano, am active in two handbell choirs, and am busy writing and arranging music for piano, handbells, and choir.  My creative pursuits include parenting several children and grandchildren, closely supervised by two cats.
